Gardens Vilamoura – New luxury apartments for sale in Vilamoura
Gardens Vilamoura has just launched its first phase of three. With 56, off plan, apartments in the highly sought after Victoria Boulevard area of Vilamoura.
The total development will consist of 192 luxury one and two bedroom apartments and penthouses. In keeping with the theme of the area, the finishing will be of high quality and offer large landscaped gardens and pool areas.

A lot of the properties in this area actually do very well with long-term lets. Either annually or over the winter, so this does increase the rental potential quite substantially. With the peace of quiet of the area, yet within a stones throw of the marina and beaches. It’s an excellent location for longer stays.
